Star Trek
So on sunday I went to see the new Star Trek movie, I was reluctant to go and see it at first as I thought it was going to be far from the Star Trek theme and would be more like an action star wars kind of thing however when I went I could not believe how great it was!. They have kept the same Star Trek feel to it however made it funny and exciting in the progress. The storyline was top notch, an interesting time travel by a Romulan ship that is capable of creating black holes that wipe out planets including the Vulcan home world. The effects certainly backed it up too, they showed you the huge black hole with a ship coming out of it and then did a 360 spin to show you behind it, certainly not your average movie and for a $150 million film, I think it is well worth it. Will definately be getting it on Blu-Ray when it comes out!
